CCL follows a strict code of conduct. This code serves as a strict guideline for employees and helps each member of the organization to uphold to the standards of ethical behavior. We at CCL keep our commitment to provide not just test results but accurate, reliable, pertinent and cost effective information. What we say is true and forthcoming- not just technically correct. We are open and transparent in our communication with each other and about business performance.
As a part of CCL team we are accountable to the patient for the quality & integrity of our services. This helps in maintaining competence in judgment and performance and in safeguarding the patients from incompetent or illegal preaches by others. All lab personnel’s are required to sign and abide by a memorandum that asks them to maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and test result. Hence dignity and privacy of patient is safeguarded. We never forget that a patient is depending on the results we provide. Everything we do focuses on taking care of the patient.
CCL upholds the dignity and respect of the medical profession and maintains honesty, integrity & reliability at all levels. CCL endeavours to establish co-operative and respectful working relationships with other health care professionals.
CCL complies by relevant rules and regulations as applicable to the domain of clinical lab services. We at CCL accept the consequences of our actions. We admit our mistakes and quickly correct them. We do not retaliate against those who report violations of law or policy but try to amend ourselves and our actions
